HR Administrator in West Sussex

A Global business within Crawley are looking for a temporary HR Administrator to support the divisional HR team.
The Role
This HR Administrator role will be maternity cover lasting a minimum of 6 months. Reporting into the Team Leader, the HR Administrator will be charged with:
- Supporting the HR processes of recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, salary reviews, absences and maternity monitoring
- Producing reports from SAP regarding the above activities
- Supplying accurate and timely information to payroll on a monthly basis
- Being the first point of contact for employee in administrative matters
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
The Person
Ideally the successful applicant will be educated to a minimum of A Level standard, be computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Word and have at least 2 years knowledge within and Administration department. You must also be a good team player and have a flexible working attitude.
